What is a Pre-Order?

Pre-ordering lets you reserve upcoming models in advance, ensuring you get your copy even if the item sells out quickly once released.

💡 Thanks to a special partnership, we’re also able to offer products from Farmmodels.nl. If there’s something from their collection you’d like to pre-order, just let us know — we’ll be happy to arrange it for you.

Delivery of Your Order

If your order includes both in-stock items and pre-order items, you can choose one of the following:

  • Receive available products right away – your pre-order items will remain on backorder. Once they arrive, you can decide whether to:

    • Have them shipped separately (extra shipping costs apply), or

    • Have them shipped together with your next order.

  • Wait until your order is complete – we’ll hold your order and ship everything together once all items are available. Simply indicate this preference in the Comments section during checkout.

Our system keeps track of all pre-orders and will keep you updated on their status.

Cancelling a Pre-Order

You may cancel a pre-order at any time. Please note that a €5 administration and handling fee applies per item.
